It's 2017 and believe it or not - I haven't tried any Colourpop products until now. I've gone many times on the website and put stuff in my cart but I never came around to order anything, whether I didn't really need anything when they had free worldwide shipping or I just didn't know what to get because they have so many things on their website.
This time around I bought two things just by a whim: Super Shock Highlighter in Flexitarian and Lippie Stix in Taurus. People have recommended Flexitarian as a good highlighter for fair skin and I happened to be in the market for a new highlighter, so I got that. And the reason I got the lipstick? My horoscope is Taurus, so it was calling for me!
I have you swatches on my arm as well as on my lips and cheeks, so keep on reading to find out more about my first experience with Colourpop!

I wanted to share some of my favorite Korean liptints with you all, so here we go! When I was in Korea, I got introduced to the brand Peripera more closely. They got super popular in Korea for their Peri's Ink liptints, which I also bought in their bestseller bright red color and now I have almost used all of it!
I was really interested in the velvet version, because they had shades other than the generic pink, red and orange. There are a total of 15 different shades in this Peri's Ink The Velvet collection ranging from pastel coral to more deep and muted red shades.
In Korea these lip tints retail for 9,000won, which is around 7€.
I usually order my Korean cosmetics from Roseroseshop, where they had these liptints on sale for 4,30€ when I got them. You can find Peripera's lip tints on pretty much every k-beauty online store though, they're such a stable for every k-beauty enthusiast!
Peripera didn't have too many products when I first came across the brand, but they've put out some appealing products lately. Peripera is clearly targeted for younger people, high school kids maybe, but I've found some favorites from them. I really really love some of their mascaras too, a review is coming up for those soon. But anyway, let's get on the swatches!

Today I have you the new October Joah Box! Mine came in a little later this time, so it's actually November already instead of October when I'm reviewing this. I'm having at least one month break from the box after this one, and for my next box I'll definitely get the tracking, I don't want to wonder where my box is anymore.
Anyway, into the box!
If you're new, you might be wondering what Joah Box is. Joah Box is a monthly Korean beauty subscription box that includes 5-7 full size beauty products. Monthly price of the box is $33, and the shipping is free!
Joah Box has updated their website since the last time, it's really nice and clean looking now. They seem to have updated the maximum value of the box too, and it's now $100! I'm expecting some amazing products in the future boxes~

I really seem to be on a roll with toners! Today I'm reviewing a cult fave, which is no other than Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner. If you have been in the world of k-beauty for some time, you've definitely come across this brand at some point.
I have started to think more what kind of products I want to put on my face, and pH balance is one of the things I've started to take more seriously. And, this Klairs toner has great reviews and it has won some popularity awards, so I thought why the heck not give it a try.

Hello! Today I got some sheet masks to share and review and they are The Fresh Mask Sheets from It's Skin!
I honestly love sheet masks so much, they're the easiest skin treatment to use for a little relaxing moment every week. I usually do one sheet mask a week, sometimes even more often if I feel like it.
I've never tried any It's Skin products before, they just haven't been that appealing to me but you can actually buy some It's Skin products in Finland now so that's why I grabbed some of the sheet masks! I believe you can find them in some selected pharmacies and some supermarkets, for example I got mine from K Citymarket. These sheet masks retail for 2,19€ in there. I generally prefer to order my k-beauty products straight from Korea, so I checked how much these would be in there: 1,000won each which is about 0,75€. The retail price in Finland is understandable though, taking into account all the importing expenses.
There are 10 different sheet masks to choose from, and I picked one of each that were available at the time.

I say I'm excited probably in every post, but today I'm two times more excited because I recently received something really interesting in mail!
I did my internship for a beauty subscription box company, and got more closely introduced to the concept of subscription boxes. I mean, I'm familiar with the concept but I never saw myself trying them out, until I got to try one during my internship! I fell in love with the idea of getting a surprise package every month full of new products to try out. I started wondering if there is any k-beauty subscription boxes out there, and that's how I found about Joah Box!
Many k-beauty boxes seem to be based in USA, which I'm not a huge fan of: the shipping from there to Europe always seems to be such an hassle and I'm not into that at all. But, Joah Box is based in Korea, and the best thing is that they have worldwide free shipping!

Hello everyone!
Today I have something else than Korean cosmetics, and that is this Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Herbs & Rose Water. This spray is such an cult item, but I don't know why I never tried any of their products before, even though I always come across this brand everywhere.
I love face mists, they're great for little refreshment during summer, giving moisture for your face when your makeup starts to feel crusty during winter... They're literally great for anything!

I have a little different product today to review and actually a little bit different post in general.
I have heard a lot of good things about Etude House My Lash Serum recently, and I decided to order it too since who doesn't want nice eyelashes? I haven't been using false eyelashes almost at all for good three years maybe, and sometimes I do feel like my own eyelashes could need a little boost but I just don't bother with glueing pieces of plastic hairs on my eyes.
What I have heard from other people is that it has helped their lashes to grow and appear longer and fuller. The product doesn't necessarily promise that it will make your lashes longer, but it promises to make them more stronger and healthier with nourishing ingredients to prevent falling. Sounds pretty promising, right?
The price is very affordable as well, it retails for only 4,500won in Korea, which is around 3,99$ or 3,35€. That makes me kind of suspicious though, how could something so cheap work well?

I have a super exciting post up for you guys today!
This spring Innisfree came out with My Palette collection, which is a crazy huge concept of designing your own makeup palette.
Customization has been such a trend in Korea lately with any makeup or skincare, and most of the brands have single eyeshadows and empty palette available for you to make your desired palette. I definitely prefer choosing my own shades for any palettes, because I literally regret buying some pre-made palettes: I never ended up using half of the colors they came with. So, what I have for you this time is a review of Innisfree palette I put together with swatches and everything!

Today I'll be reviewing A'Pieu Hyaluthione Soonsoo Essence Toner. I've recently really fallen in love with A'Pieu products, especially skincare. They're affordable yet very nice quality for the price, and I definitely have more A'Pieu reviews coming up since I just recently ordered some more products from them.
I gotta say this product was kind of an impulse purchase, but I haven't been using toners for a while in my skincare routine so I thought now is the time to try some toners again!

First of all, I'm a huge fan of lip oils because my lips get quite dry since I'm using some sort of lipstick or liptint almost every day. Generally speaking my lips are naturally on the dryer side too, so I've been using tons of different lip balms, lip treatments and whatnot. Only things I've found out to be working for me are Carmex lip balms and Bepanthen cream for the worst lip days.
Then I got a sample size of Clarins Instant Lip Comfort Oil in some goodie bag and I fell in love with it! It has the perfect thick and glossy texture to keep your lips moisturized and feeling comfortable without being sticky. I love to prep my lips with lip oil before putting on whatever lip product I'm using that day. But, the downside is that those Clarins lip oils retail for 20,50€ in Finland and that's quite expensive for 0.1 Oz of product I'll be using almost every day.
I thought to myself that there must be similar products out there with just as good quality but with a lower price point. I tried some Lumene lip oil but it was too thin and not as moisturizing as I wished, so I decided to turn to K-beauty in my search for the perfect lip oil!

3 CONCEPT EYES: LOVE 3CE Collection Review
Hello everyone! I have such an exciting post today, and I just couldn't wait to get to share these products with everyone. You'll know why by reading further!
Introduction
Welcome to Taeheedaily!
I've been playing with the idea of starting blogging again and here we are! Some of you might remember me from my previous blog Jellytae which I transformed totally into this new one.
I put up this little blog to accompany my Youtube channel with the same name, and I hope it will motivate me to produce content for all of you to enjoy.
First of all, I love cosmetics and my favorite thing to do is to try new products, so I thought why not to start sharing my experiences and reviews with everyone on the internet again.
Second of all, I just need some creative outlet for myself. Being creative keeps me feeling content with myself, so I'll be putting my creative energy for creating content for this blog, may it be photos, text, videos or anything in between.
So, Taeheedaily will be all about cosmetics! I'm on my final year of university where I major in Beauty and Cosmetics, so I feel like I have somewhat deeper knowledge on products and how they should perform, and I want to share all that with you. This blog will be mostly about Korean cosmetics, since I have the biggest passion for the country and it's cosmetic industry. I was an exchange student in South Korea, so I feel like I gained a little closer look to Korean beauty! I'll share other good beauty products too, of course.
I'm planning to make videos too, but I felt like writing the reviews out on blog will actually be more helpful, since whenever I'm looking for new products I'll read blogs for quick reviews, pictures and swatches of the products. I'll try to give the best of the both worlds!
I'm very excited to be blogging again, and I hope my blog will be helpful~
