Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Herbs & Rose Water

Hello everyone!
Today I have something else than Korean cosmetics, and that is this Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Herbs & Rose Water. This spray is such an cult item, but I don't know why I never tried any of their products before, even though I always come across this brand everywhere.

I love face mists, they're great for little refreshment during summer, giving moisture for your face when your makeup starts to feel crusty during winter... They're literally great for anything!




They have two sizes available, 118ml and 263ml out of which I got the bigger one!
In USA the 263ml version costs only $12, but I ordered mine for 15,80€ from Eleven.

The spray is said to be revitalising and soothing and to give you a healthy, radiant glow.
The website says you can use it on your face, neck or even hair whenever you need it. You can use it before or after moisturizer for more hydration or after applying your makeup to give your skin a dewy look! You can also store the bottle in your fridge for more cooling effect.

The packaging is really simple and standard plastic spray bottle, and the label is really simple too. In my opinion it gives kind of and old vintage feel, but I like it! I actually really enjoy the visuals of the brand.

I don't know why the spray in the bottle looks so orange in my pictures, it's more like pinky orange in real life.



This is what the ingredients list looks like! Very simple, nothing too complicated there.
It smells like roses as you can expect since it contains rose water. The scent is not overpowering but rather refreshing.

I like to use it as my toner on the days I feel like my skin needs some refreshment and nothing too heavy. This mist works very nicely over makeup too, it takes away the cakiness of powder and gives more dewy finish to your makeup base! I might need to get the smaller bottle of this too because it would be more handy to carry around with you for some moisture fix during the day.

What I have to say about the bottle and application is that the spray is quite splattery and does not dispense the product evenly on your face. It gives out quite a nice amount of the product so you don't have to spray it too many times, but I'd like it to be a little bit more fine and evenly dispersed mist. What is good though, it doesn't leave visible spots and mess up your foundation regardless the splatters if you use it over makeup.

This is my favorite mist so far, definitely repurchasing when I run out of this. That's it for today, keeping it short and sweet. See you next time!
